**What you'll do**:
Main Responsibilities: - Manage technical support activities related to corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Coordinate and supervise the automation and maintenance technical team, promoting training and skills development.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance plans, machine availability targets and performance indexes (OEE, MTTR, MTBF).
- Implement automation solutions and improvements in industrial processes, in alignment with industrial engineering and production.
- Act in the analysis of failures and in the proposal of corrective and preventive actions.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for technical and operational performance.
- Control area budgets, including maintenance costs, acquisition of parts and third-party services.
