Job Purpose

Serve as the team’s tactical and operational leader, ensuring predictable execution, high-quality deliverables, and continuous improvement in engineering maturity. The Tech Lead bridges strategy, people, and execution, ensuring that the team operates efficiently, with alignment, and with accountability for technical and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical decisions with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Ensure engineering best practices: code reviews, automated testing, documentation, and version control.
• Promote a culture of quality and adequate test coverage.
• Use metrics and observability data (logs, tracing, monitoring) to guide technical decisions.
• Monitor the backlog, task progress, and delivery cycles through to completion.
