Tech Lead, Product Owner - Senior AI Agents

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the AI agents initiative, defining standards and best practices.
• Guide partners on technical solutions by reviewing architecture, code, and integrations.
• Design, validate, and optimize prompts, agentic flows, and RAG strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Oracle/client architecture and technical governance.
• Remove technical blockers and support product decision-making.
• Document decisions, flows, and integrations clearly and in a reusable manner.
• Serve as a bridge between business, architecture, and development teams.

Requirements

• Senior experience as a Tech Lead, Architect, or technical Product Owner.
• Hands‑on experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering.
