As a Team Manager, you will provide support, coaching, feedback, process improvement, performance management, and client management. The role involves ensuring our customers qualify for business leads in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment while maintaining a laser focus on team collaboration and hands‑on leadership.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive team performance, manage outliers, coach agents, and monitor calls.
- Hire, train, coach, and lead lifestyle assistant specialists who provide customer support.
- Assist other management team members in identifying trends and establishing goals.
- Ensure staff members achieve desired service levels and take corrective action as needed.
