**Role Summary:** Maintains a team of parking and shuttle service ambassadors. The team leader is responsible for providing a high level of customer service while maintaining a safe, ample, and unobstructed traffic and parking environment for our patients, visitors, and employees. Handles all complaints of visitors, patients, and staff with regards to shuttle, traffic and parking; and provides shuttle service. Oversees assigned employee day- to-day scheduling of both staff and the shuttle services provided, operations, programs, and activities; coaches and counsels staff as needed consistent with Department Manager’s direction.
