Team Leader -Healthcare Sales (Stem Cell Banking)

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Mumbai. The Team Leader / Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving regional business growth, leading and mentoring a team of Stem Cell Counsellors, and strengthening partnerships with hospitals and healthcare professionals. .

Tasks

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Stem Cell Counsellors within the assigned region. Motivate team members, ensure adherence to KRAs and SOPs, and drive maximum productivity. Keep the team updated on the latest industry developments and organizational initiatives.

Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to enhance team performance and consistently achieve enrolment targets for stem cell banking services.
