Team Leader, Case Management Services

Position Overview: Medavie is looking for a Bilingual Team Leader responsible for the daily management of a team of Disability Claim Specialists. The Team Leader will meet productivity and quality standards, provide coaching and development, and contribute to departmental strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for team members in determining direction and procedures for complex claims, providing information, answering questions and requests.
• Communicate with stakeholders to effectively manage relationships.
• Contribute to departmental strategic goals by gathering business, financial, service and operations information; identify and evaluate trends and opportunities; define objectives and evaluate outcomes.
