**Job Description Summary**
Directly supports shop operations in achieving weekly priorities aligned with SQDIP within Team. In consultation with Value Stream leader, facilitates opportunities to improve flow through the assignment of work within team. Provides coaching and support to fellow teammates.

**Essential Functions & Responsibilities:**
+ Support daily meetings and weekly commits with the team.
+ Provides guidance to the team for weekly priorities as they relate to SQDIP targets.
+ Helps team identify and drive safety concerns to closure.
+ Tracks production commits, (planned vs actual) with team. Works within production schedules and deadlines.
+ Facilitates team CDM meetings, updates & monitors CDM board daily.
+ Acts as Water Spider, ensuring materials and supplies are delivered to the production workstations as needed.
+ Performs Assembler (or Operator, or Technician) duties as needed in accordance with r...
