In this full-time role, you will work from Sunday to Thursday, 11:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., reporting directly to the Shelter Manager. Your responsibilities include overseeing Housing Focused Shelter Workers, conducting crisis interventions, and fostering supportive relationships with guests. Effective communication and team guidance are critical for ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train and support Housing Focused Shelter Workers
• Coordinate shift activities and staffing coverage
