Lifemark Father David Bauer Arena Calgary has assembled an outstanding team of highly experienced physiotherapists to treat orthopedic and sports‑related injuries, as well as work‑related and motor vehicle accident injuries with physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, and many other services.

We are seeking a Team Lead to contribute to our return‑to‑work program!

Responsibilities

• Promote a climate of success and the highest level of service within the clinic by providing solid supportive leadership and a positive attitude.
• Perform 1:1 monthly meetings with RTW team members to review performance.
• Work closely with the WCB return‑to‑work team and WCB staff to provide exemplary care in returning patients to their work and livelihoods.
• Facilitate weekly interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Ensure quality improvement in the delivery of patient care.
