Overview

TEACHER TEACHING-ON-CALL (TTOC) SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 74 - GOLD TRAIL delivers public education for twenty First Nations and approximately 1,000 students in the five municipalities of Clinton, Cache Creek, Ashcroft, Lytton and Lillooet. The Gold Trail School district is located in the beautiful south central region of British Columbia. We currently have opportunities for Teachers Teaching on Call.

Requirements and Qualifications

The successful applicant must have or be eligible for certification to teach in British Columbia and possess:

• Qualifications and/or successful teaching experience in the area/grade level posted;
• Knowledge of the BC curriculum and competencies;
• Strong assessment practices, including assessment as and for learning;
• Successful experience integrating local Indigenous culture and traditions into curriculum, or familiarity with and understanding of local Indigenous culture ...
