TDS Operations Analyst III (Toronto)

Job Description

• Validate Equity Derivative products in a timely manner to ensure accurate reflection of trade blotters or confirms to source systems, while complying with industry regulations and standard market conventions.
• Execute trade amendments and maintain trade flows for various portfolios by analyzing and processing a range of trade transactions.
• Manage daily portfolio reconciliations and diverse reports to ensure trade data within TD’s internal book of records mirrors trading systems accurately, providing effective risk exposure and PnL reporting.
• Liaise closely with Front Office and groups such as CMRM, Treasury Credit, Technology, Settlements, Confirmations, and other stakeholders to meet business goals and demands.
• Engage in ad‑hoc projects for Senior Management and Projects Team, including testing for system upgrades, facilitating mass book or trade unwind or novation, and analysis reporting.
