:Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial Property, the Commercial Property Claims Advisor is responsible for managing commercial property claims from initial investigation through resolution. In this role, you will apply sound technical judgment, strong customer service skills, and a sense of urgency to deliver fair, accurate, and timely claim outcomes while helping customers feel informed and supported throughout the claims experience.
Provide sound advice and clear communication at every customer interaction to support a legendary customer experience.
Treat each claim as unique, using sound judgment and appropriate methods to reach fair and equitable claim resolutions.
Gather, assemble, and verify information and documentation from all available sources to support a thorough investigation and confirm coverage.
