What you will do

• Design and operate a multi‑jurisdiction compliance calendar (VAT, ICA, WHT, CIT, US, Cayman) where EY and KPMG execute against high‑quality inputs — not the other way around.

• Own end‑to‑end annual filings with at least 3 depuration items quantified and defended before submission. Advisors confirm positions — they don't discover them.

• Take full ownership of all tax‑related close inputs: current tax accruals, deferred tax movements, UTP tracking, and NetSuite reconciliations.
