Tax Manager (Public Accounting)

Our client is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join their organization. This is a Direct Hire role.

Responsibilities

• Supporting tax partners through the identification of tax planning opportunities and strategies in the firm’s varied client base.
• Preparation of step planning memorandums and technical reports for clients and partners alike.
• Assisting with the mentoring of other team members with respect to tax.
• Assisting with performing the review of personal and corporate tax returns and tax projects.

Qualifications

• University Bachelor’s degree.
• CPA designation.
• CPA In-depth Tax Course or Master of Taxation degree would be an asset.
• Ideally a minimum of four years experience with at least two years specializing in tax. (able to do tax and accounting)
