Tax and Treasury Manager

Job Function To manage the processes, teams and resources that improve, grow and retain key clients through the successful implementation and management of client contracts, contributing to operational effectiveness, customer satisfaction, reduced risk, profitability and compliance to relevant policies and regulatory requirements.
Key performance areas:
Responsible for tax compliance, planning, and filing of tax returns including income tax, VAT, withholding tax and other indirect taxes.
Collaborate with tax advisers to complete TP documentation and income tax computation for all entities.
Responsible for accuracy of tax schedules in the HFM pack.
Manage Tax audits, Appeals and related dispute management.
Preparing and presenting treasury reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Maintain banking relationships and signing mandates.
