Tax Analyst (Cantoria)

What are we looking for

We are looking for a Tax Analyst with fluent verbal and written skills in English, who will be responsible for the monthly multi‑state indirect tax compliance (for USA and Canada).

Working hours

2PM to 10PM, with 2 days of remote work per week.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly multi‑state sales tax filings by external provider for accuracy and prepare monthly tax postings.
• Maintain the indirect tax and property tax compliance calendar.
• Assist with the reconciliation of the general ledger accounts for indirect tax and property tax.
• Responsible for updates to the multi‑state resale certificates from customers on the tax engine platform (OneSource).
• Support Tax Manager with month‑end closing activities related to indirect tax.
• Conduct state and local tax regulatory law research as needed.
