Opportunity Description
We are looking for a talented and skilled Tapper Operator for Ferro Silicon Plant to join our multicultural and diverse team in Kuwait. You will be responsible To safely and efficiently perform furnace tapping activities by opening and closing the tap hole, controlling the flow of molten ferrosilicon and slag, and ensuring proper handling during tapping operations. The role is responsible for supporting continuous furnace operation, maximizing metal recovery, and maintaining compliance with company safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Make Sure tap hole in good condition.
- Cleanliness of runner (Routine)
- Tapping area cleanliness (Spillages)
- Preparing molds/metal beds.
- Number of tapping in a shift required
- Controlling and leading tapping team.
- Maximum metal draining out properly (recovery in a shift)
- Open and Closing equipment, machine and materials readiness.
