Talent & Vetting Admin – 12-Month Term

The Ministry for Vulnerable Children, Oranga Tamariki, seeks a Talent & Vetting Administrator to support recruitment and safety checks within the Talent Acquisition Team.

You will process periodic safety checks, manage records in SAP HRIS, use MS Forms and Excel, and coordinate pre-employment verifications while delivering strong customer service to internal staff. This 12-month fixed-term role is based in Wellington.
