In this role, you will leverage your expertise by partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders to translate needs into engaging learning experiences. You'll design and facilitate both virtual and in-person workshops, contributing to CAE’s leadership pathway and enhancing learner engagement through innovative technologies.
