The Talent Advisor II partners with Recruiting leadership, HR Partners and Hiring Managers to execute a staffing strategy that includes full life-cycle recruiting. The role develops and delivers a broad-based sourcing strategy, delivers a viable talent pipeline, evaluates candidates, and presents qualified candidates to hiring managers. The Talent Advisor II extends and negotiates offers, sells the company and position, and completes the pre-employment process according to recruiting guidelines.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting needs for internal and external candidates.
