Your Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (80%)
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment processes for both white-collar and blue-collar roles within the factory (from early career professionals to senior and management positions)
- Apply competency-based interviewing techniques and aptitude diagnostics to identify, assess, and select high-quality candidates
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, partnering closely with HR Business Partners to design and execute effective hiring strategiesProactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels,including active sourcing and talent pipelines
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Monitor and analyze recruitment data to drive continuous improvement and effectiveness
