**JOB DUTIES**
- Utilize various methods for lead generation, such as online job boards and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Gather, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Special projects as requested by Human Resources Director.
