Talent Acquisition Specialist

About The Role

We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent team and help support our fast‑scaling organization. In this role, you’ll own full‑cycle recruiting for a defined set of roles across the business, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience from intake through signed offer.

You’ll work closely with our TA Managers and hiring teams to execute sourcing strategies, move searches forward with urgency, and help us bring top talent into exacare ai.
