Position Purpose
The Specialist - Talent Acquisition Onboarding will support the Recruiting Team by efficiently executing administrative duties and actively participating in all recruiting processes.
Job Requirements
Compliance
- Ensure 100% compliance of all new hires in submitting their requirements.
- Attend New Hire Orientation to extend hard copies of contracts and answer all queries of new hires.
- Maintains and updates recruitment tracker/database.
- Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the organization using Workday.
Job Offer
- Prepare job offer letter and contracts.
- Facilitate the job offer discussion.
- Ensure to achieve 100% JO acceptance rate.
- Maintains and updates recruitment tracker/database.
