Talent Acquisition Specialist – Monterrey About the Role: Amalga is looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Monterrey. This is a full on-site role focused on high-volume recruitment for international clients across industries such as IT, BPO, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong recruitment background, excellent organization skills, and a very advanced English level. This role requires constant candidate communication, English screenings, resume review, interview coordination, and daily follow-up across multiple open positions.
