Talent Acquisition Specialist – MonterreyAbout the Role:Amalga is looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Monterrey.
This is a full on-site role focused on high-volume recruitment for international clients across industries such as IT, BPO, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Operations.The ideal candidate must have a strong recruitment background, excellent organization skills, and a very advanced English level.
This role requires constant candidate communication, English screenings, resume review, interview coordination, and daily follow-up across multiple open positions.Responsibilities:- Manage high-volume recruitment processes for multiple assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
