Your Role

Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be the driving force behind staffing a successful start‑up for the new school year . You will partner with leadership to understand recruitment needs, define job requirements, and ensure alignment with company policies and current legislation. You will own the full recruitment cycle , from posting job ads and sourcing candidates to securing top talent and tracking progress in our Applicant Tracking System.
