About the Role
We are looking to hire a high-performing Recruiter with experience in pharmacy and/or healthcare hiring to join a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in high-volume recruitment, headhunting, and passive sourcing. You will play a key role in supporting critical hiring needs across pharmacy and retail functions while partnering closely with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume requisition load (up to 60 roles)
- Conduct proactive sourcing and headhunting via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, including university outreach
