AutoCanada is looking for a Fixed Operations recruiter to work directly with our VP of Fixed Operations. This role specializes in recruiting technicians, advisors, managers, and parts staff, partnering directly with dealerships to build strong teams in competitive markets. It is not a traditional corporate recruiting role; success comes from building credibility quickly, understanding dealership operations, speaking the language of Fixed Ops, and operating with urgency alongside Service and Parts leaders.

Your day-to-day:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across Fixed Operations roles throughout Western Canada
