• The Manager, Talent Acquisition manages the staffing/employment function and activities.
• Ensures that staffing needs are met in accordance with governmental requirements.
• Develops and implements recruiting plans to staff open requisitions while minimizing cost per hire.
• Manages the resume tracking system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 10 years of work experience; 5 years of related experience is required.
