Talent Acquisition Manager, Canada

Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead talent acquisition in Canada and support strategic recruitment. You will partner across the broader TA network to champion transformational change, build capability, and ensure we appoint the best talent across our business. As a strategic partner you will influence senior stakeholders, solve complex challenges, and align talent strategies with GHD’s long‑term goals. In addition to leading talent acquisition for Canada, you will also support strategic recruitment initiatives and/or lead a regional TA team within the country, collaborating across geographies to drive strategic outcomes.

Location & Work Arrangement

This role can be based in our Greater Toronto, Waterloo, Montreal, or Vancouver offices. GHD offers a hybrid work model that allows up to two days working from home each week while maintaining a vibrant in‑person environment.
