Key Responsibilities1.
Source and screen candidates via job boards, social media, and campus channels.2.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.3.
Assist with onboarding and maintain candidate databases.4.
Handle recruitment data, track key metrics, and use data analysis to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring efficiency.5.
Support employer branding events (career fairs, campus outreach).6.
Help optimize recruitment processes as part of the team.Requirement1.
sCurrent Bachelor's or Master's student in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field2.

Smart, responsible, detail-oriented, and a strong team player3.

Genuine passion for recruiting and talent acquisition4.

Good communication and interpersonal skills5.

Basic MS Office skills; familiarity with recruiting tools or data tools (e.G., Excel, dashboards) is a plus6.

Available to intern for 6+ months, 5 days/week.
