Job Summary

Security guards patrol The CORE and provide a highly visible presence to all tower and mall employees, tenants and patrons alike. Based upon a thorough understanding of the site SOP, guards provide protection to the public and deal with all operational and emergency situations as they arise in a professional and courteous manner.

Patrol

• Provide a visible, professional presence throughout the property.
• Upon opening the mall, mall patrols commence in both upper and lower areas. Otherwise patrol towers after hours.
• Ensure all stores are open for business.
• Check fire panels and ensure all is in order and there are no trouble signals.
• Escort mall guests of property when not following site rules.
• Respond promptly to all employees, tenants, or patron inquiries. If for some reason the inquiry is not a security related issue, kindly direct them to the proper department.
