Responsibilities

• Integrate and commission ZPI software in live manufacturing and packaging environments.
• Review PLC and HMI code to identify and validate production data.
• Configure and troubleshoot OPC DA / OPC UA communications.
• Support customers through commissioning, go‑live, and post‑implementation phases.
• Collaborate with customer controls, engineering, and operations teams.
• Participate in customer meetings to review project status and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain clear technical and project documentation.
• Help end users understand and apply manufacturing performance data.
