Responsibilities
- Act as the technical and functional reference for the AGHUse system
- Lead system implementations, configuration/parameterization and migrations
- Conduct training and capacity‑building for clinical and administrative users
- Provide specialized support and monitor the post‑implementation (go‑live) process
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, ensuring hospital processes adhere to best practices in healthcare management and care delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Hospital Administration or related fields
- Proven experience with the AGHUse system in public or private hospitals
- Experience in projects for implementation, configuration/parameterization, migration and support/sustainment of AGHUse
