Systems Analyst 2 (ServiceNow Developer)

The Information Technology Department has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Analyst 2 (ServiceNow Developer) to join the IT Systems & Knowledge team within IT Operations & Infrastructure. Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Systems & Knowledge, the Systems Analyst 2 is responsible for sustaining existing business applications, deploying applications and developing or configuring applications, with a focus on ServiceNow. The Systems Analyst interacts with Business Analysts, user departments, technical specialists, system owners, translating business requirements into system‑based solutions, including configuration, unit testing and conducting module walkthroughs; coordinates user reviews of configured applications; prepares and maintains a variety of reports and records related to the work; keeps abreast of recent developments in computer techniques and procedures; performs research, information assembly, organization and development of related documentation.
