System Support Analyst (L2)

Provide L2 support for Windows OS and Windows-based applications

Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues in a timely manner

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of support environments

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in Windows OS and Windows platform application support
• Good understanding of departmental processes and support environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• A college or university degree is considered an asset
• Previous financial institution experience is an asset
