We are hiring for the System Sales Engineering (“SSE”) team/role for Bengaluru location to support Lutron sales efforts by overcoming technical sales hurdles, educating our clients both internal and external, and by being a general source of technical knowledge to our sales team. The general knowledge spans from Lutron system products, systems, procedures, sales channels and go-to-market strategies, industry trends, market intelligence, codes and compliance, integration practices and protocols, IT and Networking, and bleeding edge technologies effecting the lighting, controls, shading, and intelligence building systems industry.
