BorgWarner Technical Center India Private Limited is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer – Feature/Function Owner (FO) for PowerDrive Systems. The Feature Owner is a key role within the Systems Engineering organization, responsible for end‑to‑end technical ownership and accountability of assigned features to ensure performance, maturity, and compliance across the full product development lifecycle.
The FO leads feature development within electrified propulsion systems, with strong ownership of system‑level, vehicle‑level, and functional safety impacts. The role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, suppliers, partners, and customers, and operates within ASPICE‑compliant development processes while supporting ISO 26262 functional safety objectives.
