Salary range (35 hour week): $57,000 - $71,200.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the company’s Design System, including UI components, style libraries, templates, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure consistent implementation of designs.
• Collect and analyze user and stakeholder needs to inform and improve the Design System.
• Perform user testing and UX research to validate concepts and design iterations.
• Document Design System processes, standards, and best practices to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Help train and guide internal teams on the use of the Design System.
• Stay up to date with trends and best practices in UX/UI design and systems design.

Requirements
