Overview

Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Dev Ops Specialist to their team for an initial 12 months of contract with a possibility of extension/conversion. This role is currently hybrid, twice a week in office in Toronto. The Dev Ops Specialist contributes to the ongoing support and operations for applications within Global Finance and Risk Technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the operations of critical risk applications such as Bancware (Asset Liability Management - ALM), RCRR, IFRS9, and others.
• Assess application operations maturity and provide automation improvement recommendations to development teams.
• Execute and monitor monthly/quarterly operations (shift hours required).
• Ensure ongoing communication of operation status, completing regular status reports and escalating issues as required.
