Opportunity Description
ASF is seeking an experienced and passionate **Swimming Coach** to join our Athletics and Extended Learning Division. The position focuses on developing both the skills and character of student-athletes from Lower School through Upper School. Coaches may lead or assist groups at recreational and competitive levels, depending on community demand.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and lead swim practices emphasizing technique, conditioning, and teamwork.
- Develop training plans and competition strategies.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and sportsmanlike team culture.
- Mentor and motivate student-athletes to reach their full potential.
- Ensure safety and well-being during all practices and competitions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate programs and events.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Physical Education** or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant **coaching certifications in Swimming**and **CPR/First Aid** training (preferred).
