Swim Instructor
Part Time • Salt Lake Valley (multiple)
Swim Instructors at British Swim School of The Wasatch Front teach lessons to children and adults to become safe and happy swimmers, regardless of age or ability. The renowned British Swim School teaching curriculum ensures that each student in our program learns water survival skills and progresses to propulsion and stroke development in a fun and gentle environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
+ Report to and communicate directly with Aquatics Lead
+ Be correctly dressed in British Swim School uniform and prepared poolside at least 15 minutes before the start of your first lesson
+ Conduct classes in a fun and gentle environment, following current teaching methods, policies, and safety and emergency procedures as detailed in the British Swim School training manual or directed by the Aquatics Lead
+ Attend staff meetings and ongoing training/coaching
