Job Summary
This position will direct, administer, and coordinate the activities of the organization to ensure the highest levels of performance across the enterprise. The SVP, Chief Operating Officer will be a strategic partner to the President and will be called upon to make recommendations in the development of strategic goals and tactics that address the region's operations, personnel, financial performance, and overall growth. Maintaining a long, big-picture view, the position has a clear vision for the business and hospital operations, and they will offer contingency plans and generate breakthrough ideas.
