Position Overview

Kwantlen Polytechnic University’s Department of Sustainable Agriculture invites applications for a NR2 faculty position (100% FTE) to teach courses within the Bachelor of Applied Science in Sustainable Agriculture. Responsibilities include delivering instruction in Soil Science, Business and Economics, Agroecology, and Animal Agriculture, and collaborating with department faculty on curriculum development and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver course content that addresses sustainable production systems and agroecology.
• Assess student learning and provide timely feedback.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to programmatic planning.
• Support the experiential learning framework through lab, field, and cooperative placements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field (PhD preferred).
