The **Sustainability Professional** is responsible for the implementation of sustainability strategies focused on reducing environmental and social impact, aligning them with organizational goals, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations through regular audits and assessments while working under limited supervision and broad guidelines. The role monitors and analyzes key sustainability indicators, conducts research and assists in evaluation of emerging technologies, and supports the integration of sustainable practices into daily operations, product design, and manufacturing processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role reviews the data collected for sustainability metrics, assists the preparation of sustainability related submissions, cultivates effective relationships with external stakeholders and may also manage and develop employees to achieve organizational goals.
