Overview

Rentokil Terminix is the largest pest control company in the world, the third largest in North America. This role supports our commercial and residential customers by providing world‑class customer service and working closely with Branch Managers, Technicians and Support Services personnel.

Responsibilities

• Set up new contracts and jobs, provide client portal support, distribute invoices with supporting documentation and follow up on any client questions related to invoicing or account changes.
• Perform data entry of new contracts, job sales, and product sales into our CRM software, upload and file copies of contracts for new customers.
• Maintain customer accounts: contact updates, changes to billing, purchase orders, etc.
• Process daily and consolidated month‑end invoicing, apply credit memos, ensure accuracy in the invoice process, upload invoices to customer 3rd‑party portals.
