Our client is an established Ottawa-based technology company developing advanced software solutions used in highly secure, mission-critical environments around the world. As their customer base continues to grow, they are looking to add a Support Engineer to their close-knit team. This is NOT a traditional Help Desk or desktop support role. Rather than resetting passwords or troubleshooting end-user devices, you'll be working directly with technical contacts and system administrators to investigate and resolve complex issues involving enterprise applications, servers, networking, security, virtualization, and storage infrastructure.
