Support Engineer

We are looking for experienced IT engineers to support onsite service requirements in the Asia Pacific and EMEA regions.

Role: IT Support Engineer – On‑Call/Freelance/Casual

Site Locations: Renwick, Blenheim and other locations in New Zealand

Mode of engagement: Dispatch – on‑call ticket based, freelance, part‑time, casual basis

SLA: SBD or NBD support or whenever required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Set up and troubleshoot audio/video conference rooms.
• Perform operating system installations and re‑imaging activities.
• Assist with network troubleshooting, including LAN and WAN environments.
• Support and configure routers, switches, and related network infrastructure.
